Rixon Home Inspection recommends that the client be present during the inspection if possible. A home inspection offers a great opportunity for learning more about the property and offers an opportunity to discuss the condition of the home together with a knowledgeable inspector. The home inspector will also provide helpful advice on maintenance procedures or estimated lifespans of key home components.
